Introducing our next Moms Day Out, and this one is going to be SO much fun.
Grab your girlfriends and join us at the Fergus Tennis Courts on June 13 for a feel-good afternoon of tennis, laughs, fresh air, and ice cream. Whether you’ve never picked up a racquet before or you already love to play, this event is completely beginner-friendly and designed just for fun.
We’ll be coached by the incredibly talented Rebecca Herrington, who will make learning approachable, relaxed, and energizing for everyone.
And because every great moms’ outing deserves a sweet treat, Highland Coo Creamery will be there serving up ice cream afterward so we can cool down, connect, and soak up the summer vibes together.
Come solo or bring a friend — this is all about getting out, trying something new, and having a genuinely fun afternoon with other local moms.
Spots are limited, so grab yours before they’re gone!
One of the hardest parts of parenting is knowing what risks our children may face, and how to protect them from things we don't fully understand ourselves.
Human trafficking is often misunderstood, and many parents are surprised to learn how youth are recruited, where warning signs show up, and the role social media can play.
We're hosting an information night at Wild & Free Café with a guest speaker from the OPP to help parents better understand this issue and learn practical ways to keep their children safe.
Our hope is simple: that every parent leaves feeling more informed, more confident, and more equipped to have these important conversations at home.
Because awareness is one of the most powerful tools we have.
Among Mothers
Among Mothers is a monthly creative circle series created for mothers who are craving connection, creativity, and community.
Once a month, we’ll gather in a cozy, restorative space to reflect, create, share stories, and reconnect with ourselves alongside one another. Through guided prompts, written reflection, conversation, and simple creative exercises, these evenings are designed to offer a soft place to land in the midst of motherhood’s many transitions and demands.
No artistic experience is needed, only a willingness to come as you are.
Whether you’re navigating identity shifts, longing for community, processing a new season, or simply
needing time to slow down and reconnect, you are welcome here.
Free Groups
Connect with other parents in a relaxed, self-guided walking club. When you register, you will be added to a Whatsapp group where you will be sent a new walking route each week!
This is where you can be the first to hear upcoming events, connect with parents and get great discounts on our programming!

Who We Are
Hey! We are Lindsay and Lauren, the Founders of Bright Collective. We are building out this community while we rock our babies, switch the laundry, tidy toys, and work full time jobs. This is truly our passion project and love letter to our community.
The Bright Collective was born out of a desire to help parents in Centre Wellington achieve two things. The first, is to experience community with other families.
Second, we want to be the point of connection to every possible resource in Centre Wellington and surrounding area including fertility, pregnancy, post-partum, grief & loss, and so much more.
Many parents feel they don’t have the time or bandwidth to research and find the resources they desperately need. We want to be that connection point for you.
+If you want to help us achieve our goals, tell your practitioners to contact us at brightcollectivecw@gmail.com. +
Our Philosophy
We believe that babies and parents have unique needs and should be loved with this in mind. We are serious about creating a space that is non-judgemental, warm, and welcoming. It is in this environment where parents and babies can learn and grow because they feel safe.
